
Thomas Franks are specialists in fine dining, always working to an exemplary standard to deliver exactly what the client requires. We provide fine dining and hospitality at a number of our locations, dependant on the individual client's needs.
Our menus vary from a simple cold working lunch or a hot buffet to a tailored fine dining menu with wine. Nothing is beyond our abilities and everything is prepared with the same quality ingredients, passion and expertise of the professional committed Thomas Franks team.
Peugeot HQ is a new building in Coventry with offices, meeting rooms, conference and training facilities and private function suites. It is used by many Peugeot employees up to and including board level. In addition to the day-to-day catering in the staff restaurant and the busy coffee bar we support various functions and meetings. These range from site meetings and vehicle launches to board meetings for Peugeot directors from Europe and the rest of the world.
The meetings and training numbers vary in size from 2-50. However, a vehicle launch can involve full hospitality catering for an additional 200 people a day every day for up to 2-3 weeks. We also offer fine dining for nearly 250 board members and employees from Britain and France, with a bespoke menu for formal dinners and lunches.
Tudor Capital Europe tendered their catering services at their prestigious offices in Epsom with a view to finding an expert service provider. They were looking to develop their existing facilities and focus on directors dining and bring commercial expertise to manage a quality service in a cost effective way.
Since opening at Tudor Capital we have project managed the transition from the old in-house operation to a provider led and commercially aware structure. We introduced professional marketing to bring new life into the dining room, and created new menus using only fresh, local produce. With this we have helped generate new revenue and add value to the services on offer.
During recent years the demand for Thomas Franks' catering service at major events has grown significantly.
Whatever the event Thomas Franks will always liaise with our client to provide the best possible service and on-going marketing support. We have experienced staff available to cook and serve numbers in excess of 1000 people.
Every event is treated individually and we will always ensure that the client’s precise requirements are met by setting up menu tastings so that the menu can be decided.
