Thomas Franks' food is freshly produced, regionally sourced and sustainably procured from independently owned catering suppliers. We work hard to reduce our carbon footprint and we are committed to the use of fair trade and free range produce wherever possible.
Bread is freshly baked daily in all of our restaurants. Our fruit and vegetables focus on what's in season in this country, not the other side of the world. Our meat comes direct from regional butchers for a fresher, fuller flavour; our fish comes from sustainable stock.
Our menus are bespoke and specifically designed for every location, ensuring that the food created is appropriate for each client, from fine dining to a nutritionally balanced school lunch.
