At Thomas Franks, we’re serious about fresh, organic and free range produce. While our values are always consistent, our menus are bespoke to every location. We ensure that the food we create is appropriate for each client, from fine dining to a nutritionally balanced school lunch.
We use food that’s sustainably sourced, seasonal and locally procured wherever possible.Our bread, for example, is freshly baked on the premises. Our fruit and vegetables focus on what’s in season in this country, not the other side of the world. And our meat comes direct from local butchers for a fresher, fuller flavour. We supply fairtrade, organic, and biodegradable food and packaging.
Our standard practice is to use foods that are free from GM ingredients wherever possible. This is about more than doing what’s right for the environment. We think it’s also the secret to creating an altogether tastier, more satisfying menu.
