We use only fresh, seasonal ingredients which offer pupils a well-balanced nutritional menu to help them concentrate throughout the day. We believe combining inventive marketing, friendly staff and fantastic menus is a recipe for success for any independent school.

Thomas Franks have been at Cranford since September 2009. We have made significant improvements to the food available as well as the people, the environment and the pastoral care aspects of the catering contribution to the School’s wellbeing.

Thomas Franks has brought its unique style to the School and has added the ‘Wow’ factor.

We set out to quickly and effectively bring about these changes using the four main resources of food, creativity, people and finance.

Our Creativity team designed a theme for the restaurant that was relevant to the school’s history. With the use of some food art as well as some other key pieces, the restaurant was transformed into an entirely new and exciting experience for the pupils and staff.
