We understand that most employees have a limited time for lunch, so we want to offer them an experience! Not just in the fantastic food and friendly service but also in the restaurant's style.

We believe that by creating an environment in which the customer feels relaxed and comfortable will help to boost sales and increase overall usage of the restaurant.


Rackspace were looking for an independent, like minded services partner that would understand the current and future needs of the business – whilst delivering exceptional support and market leading quality. They chose Thomas Franks as a caterer that operated with integrity and honesty and brought a clear vision of the step change needed to develop the services on offer.

When we first opened at Rackspace, we implemented our customer focused service and menu plan to invigorate the facility. We also used innovative design work to create a unique, London themed, modern restaurant, full of character that reinforced the quality of the delivery to the employees.

We introduced bespoke menus with no menu cycles, simply offering fresh, seasonal and unique food from our bank of local and regional catering suppliers. We invested heavily in training the existing catering team to consistently deliver a fresh exciting offer within budgetary targets.



Portrait Software awarded the catering services contract to Thomas Franks in the summer of 2010. Based in Henley-on-Thames, the site is home to a number of businesses and the restaurant acts as central a hub for everyone to come together.

With this in mind it was paramount that we created an environment with fantastic service, which would encourage the employees to come back everyday. Using stylish marketing and a newly trained team we were able to achieve the aim, offering employees a cooked breakfast service & fresh lunch, ranging from salads to a deli bar and homemade seasonal soups.

To help employees who were short of time we have introduced an online take-away service, where they can place their order in advance and collect it from the restaurant at a time that suits them.



Thomas Franks started at Schueco in 2010. We were asked to provide a full catering service at their UK office and manufacturing plant based in Milton Keynes. We operate a Monday to Friday service, providing breakfast, lunch and hospitality to the employees and visitors on site.

Within the restaurant we offer a range of services throughout the day. These include freshly cooked breakfasts made to order and two main course options, breakfast and lunch. We also offer a bistro style dish produced in a 'theatre style'. These can all be accompanied by delicious desserts or fresh seasonal homemade soups with bread specially made every day.

With a relaxed environment and courteous, friendly staff it is the perfect place for the employees to go for a coffee and indulge in a piece of fresh homemade cake.
